Referral Partner Program Terms & Conditions

The Arizona Pool Heat Pumps Referral Partner Program is designed for pool service professionals, technicians, repair companies, remodelers, builders, and other qualified pool-industry professionals who have customers interested in heating or cooling their swimming pools.

These Terms & Conditions explain how the program works, how referrals qualify, when referral rewards are earned, and the responsibilities of Arizona Pool Heat Pumps and participating Referral Partners.

Program Purpose

Our goal is simple: You take care of the pool. We take care of the heat pump.

Arizona Pool Heat Pumps will handle the pool heat pump evaluation, customer education, equipment sizing, proposal, installation, and instruction on the proper operation of the new system.

Your customer stays your customer. Arizona Pool Heat Pumps will not use a heat pump referral as an opportunity to solicit the customer for weekly pool service, pool cleaning, remodeling, or unrelated pool services.

1. Joining the Program

There is no cost to participate in the Arizona Pool Heat Pumps Referral Partner Program.

The program is intended for pool-industry professionals serving the Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding communities. Arizona Pool Heat Pumps reserves the right to approve participation in the program.

2. Submitting a Customer Referral

Referral Partners may submit prospective customers through the Arizona Pool Heat Pumps online Partner Referral Form.

Before submitting a customer’s information, the Referral Partner should have the customer’s permission to provide their contact information to Arizona Pool Heat Pumps for the purpose of discussing pool heating and/or cooling.

The Referral Partner is not responsible for selling, sizing, quoting, installing, or providing technical explanations of the heat pump system.

3. What Arizona Pool Heat Pumps Handles

After receiving a referral, Arizona Pool Heat Pumps will handle the heat pump process directly with the homeowner, including:

• Initial customer contact
• Pool heating and cooling evaluation
• Customer education
• Heat pump sizing and equipment recommendations
• Installation requirements
• Written proposal
• Scheduling Installation
• System startup
• Customer operating instructions
• Heat pump-related support

4. Referral Rewards

Referral Partners earn a referral reward when a qualifying referred customer purchases a Madimack InverTITAN system and the installation is completed and paid in full.

Current residential referral rewards are:

• InverTITAN 90 — $300
• InverTITAN 112 — $350
• InverTITAN 140 — $400

No referral payment is earned solely for submitting a prospective customer or providing an estimate.

5. When a Referral Qualifies

To qualify for a referral reward, the prospective customer must be submitted through the Referral Partner Program and identified with the referring partner.

The referral must be a new sales opportunity that is not already an active Arizona Pool Heat Pumps lead or customer opportunity.

If the same customer is referred by more than one Referral Partner, the first valid referral received by Arizona Pool Heat Pumps will normally receive referral credit.

6. Referral Payment

Referral rewards are earned after the installation has been completed and the customer’s invoice has been paid in full.

Arizona Pool Heat Pumps will then arrange payment of the applicable referral reward to the Referral Partner.

Canceled projects, unpaid invoices, refunded installations, or customers who do not purchase a qualifying system do not qualify for a referral reward.

7. Your Customer Stays Your Customer

Arizona Pool Heat Pumps respects the relationship between Referral Partners and their customers. Our role is to provide specialized pool heating and cooling services related to the referral.

We will not intentionally solicit referred customers for weekly pool service, routine pool cleaning, pool remodeling, or other unrelated services in competition with the referring pool professional.

8. Partner Support

Referral Partners have access to Arizona Pool Heat Pumps for assistance with pool heating and cooling questions.

• Heating and cooling education
• Equipment application assistance
• Preliminary sizing assistance
• Customer educational materials
• Installation information
• Heat pump troubleshooting guidance
• Madimack product information

Our objective is to make it easy for Referral Partners to help their customers without having to become pool heat pump specialists themselves.

9. Independent Businesses

Participation in the Referral Partner Program does not create an employment, franchise, agency, joint venture, or exclusive sales relationship between Arizona Pool Heat Pumps and the Referral Partner.

Referral Partners remain independent businesses and are responsible for their own business operations, employees, taxes, licensing, insurance, and customer relationships. Referral Partners are not authorized to make contracts, warranties, pricing commitments, or representations on behalf of Arizona Pool Heat Pumps.

10. Program Changes

Arizona Pool Heat Pumps may modify referral reward amounts, program benefits, eligibility requirements, or other program terms as the program develops.

Any changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce a referral reward already earned under the program terms applicable to that qualifying referral. Arizona Pool Heat Pumps reserves the right to discontinue participation when necessary, including in cases of misuse, fraudulent referrals, misrepresentation, or conduct inconsistent with the purpose of the program.
